About the role
Job Description:
* Oversee daily recruitment workflows to ensure hiring deliverables align seamlessly with corporate workforce plans. * Collaborate with leadership (HR Team Lead and HR Group Lead) to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support long-term business goals. * Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from initial sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management. * Expand and optimize diverse talent pipelines—including job boards, social media, employee referrals, agency partnerships, campus recruiting, and networking platforms. * Oversee all third-party recruitment agreements, vendor relationships, and outsourced hiring functions. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality-of-Hire to drive continuous efficiency and reduce hiring cycles. * Champion initiatives that elevate the candidate journey and strengthen the organization's employer brand. * Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting dashboards while ensuring adherence to internal policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements. * Contribute to employee engagement programs and company-wide activities. * Undertake other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Computer, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Demonstrated experience in core HR functions (HRM), including recruitment activities, candidate interviewing, HR planning, and strategy. * Strong background managing data analysis and data management processes. * Good knowledge of local labor laws. * Experience managing end-to-end (full life cycle) international recruitment structures. * Experience collaborating with headhunters, recruitment agencies, and managing university internship programs. * Background in searching for and placing executive, professional, and technical experts. * Specialized experience recruiting for roles within the IT industry. * Prior working experience in a Japanese or international corporate environment.
