About the role
Job Description
Your tasks will include the following activities:
* Taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving the efficiency of our antitrust compliance program including use of digitalization and AI * Continuously improving the global antitrust risk assessment, be a point of contact for questions from all stakeholders * As a central function, close collaboration with regions * Drafting, reviewing and updating antitrust rules, guidelines and mitigation measures * Steering rollouts of global antitrust initiatives * Developing and providing antitrust trainings * Taking an active role in drafting and rolling out other mitigation measures such as internal controls and monitoring * Taking an active role in responding to third party external audits of the company’s antitrust compliance program
Qualifications
* Academic degree in Law or comparable qualification * Professional experience in antitrust law in an international company, law firm or auditing firm * Very good handling of Microsoft Office software * Business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken), other language skills (written and spoken) preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills and a strong team player mentality * Strong intercultural competence * Independent working style
