About the role

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our vibrant team. At RHG, we look beyond the resume—we seek individuals with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a Public Relations Officer, you will support the hotel and our team members by handling government transactions, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the timely processing of visas, residency permits, licenses, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and renew team members’ residency permits. * Issue and renew Civil ID cards. * Process and renew hotel licenses. * Coordinate team members’ medical examinations. * Process and renew health cards for food handlers. * Arrange the attestation and translation of new joiners’ documents. * Process work visas and commercial visit visas. * Coordinate with the owner to obtain signatures on required documents. * Handle social security payments and related documentation. * Submit event permit applications to the General Department of Criminal Investigation for approval. * Handle administrative work related to government procedures. * Maintain accurate records and monitor document expiry dates to ensure timely renewals. * Build effective working relationships with government authorities and keep HR and management informed of application progress and procedural updates.

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO), preferably in the hospitality industry in Kuwait. * Good knowledge of Kuwait government procedures related to residency, visas, work permits, and hotel licenses. * Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with government authorities. * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to handle confidential information professionally. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government online portals. * A valid Kuwait driving license.
