Job Description
* Gather and analyze business needs. * Challenge and clarify requirements with stakeholders. * Document and validate functional requirements. * Provide functional support and expertise. * Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Monitor project and release progress. * Ensure deadlines, processes, and reporting standards are met. * Manage requirements and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. * Apply Business Analysis best practices.
Nice to have: Knowledge of BaNCS, Custody & Tax processes, and SQL.
Qualifications
* Experienced Business Analyst; * Master’s Degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law; * Minimum 4 years financial industry experience with an emphasis on Custody activity; * Experience at Waterfall methodology and JIRA use; * Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL); * Overall general IT knowledge and Custody knowledge are a plus * Good written and spoken English.
