About the role
Job Description
Manages the Process Work Package, ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence and compliance with budgeted hours:
- Coordinates assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution
- Identifies and cascades contractual process requirements and ensures alignment with the tender concept, company policies and project guidelines
- Collects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of project feedback with product owners
- Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and CE conformity requirements
- Leads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for Performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a similar position, in EPC projects in Energy, Environmental technology or similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge of Process Engineering
- Proficient user of CAPRI, COMOS and other engineering tools will be considered a plus
- Good presentation, coaching, facilitation and project management skills
- Fluency in English, Italian or other languages will be considered a plus

Compensation
* Basic wage component (gross): 59000 EUR * This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
