Job Summary:
Main Duties / Responsibilities
* Repair, maintain, and install Kitchen/Laundry equipment to meet hotel standards.
* Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen/laundry equipment.
* Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required.
* Complete work orders, PPM & CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
* Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
* High School Diploma
* Electrical Trade Certificate
* 5+ years as a Kitchen Technician in hospitality
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of kitchen/laundry equipment and safety
