Pay: $25–$28/hour ($13.75 + Profit Share + Tips)
Overview: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales * Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses * Deliver exceptional customer service on every job * Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes * Keep trucks clean and organized
Requirements:
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly * Strong communication and customer service skills * 21+ Years and older * Valid driver's license * Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
