Pediatrician Tampa Bay FL Urgently Hiring
Physician-Owned Practice | Outpatient Only | Full time Join an established, physician-owned pediatric practice serving families in the Tampa Bay area. We're seeking a Board-Certified Pediatrician (ABP) to join our growing outpatient team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term practice with strong clinical support, modern technology, and a compensation model that rewards productivity. This position is outpatient general pediatrics: well visits from newborn through 18, sick visits, ADHD and behavioral care, immunizations, and chronic condition management.
Requirements * MD or DO * Board Certified in Pediatrics (ABP) * Completed a U.S. Pediatrics Residency * Florida license preferred * Candidates in or near the Tampa Bay area are strongly preferred
Practice * Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM * Outpatient general pediatrics * Build to approximately 25 patients/day * EMR with ambient AI documentation * Light call: newborn rounding, ER peer calls, and 1 weekend/month (NPs handle most triage)
Compensation & Benefits * $150,000–$190,000+ total compensation Guaranteed base + productivity * BCBS health insurance (100% employee premium paid) * PTO + CME * Malpractice, credentialing, and dues paid * Retirement plan eligibility
