Concierge, Part Time (Evenings)
The Concierge is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:
* Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time. * Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out. * Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area. * Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed. * Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.
Requirements
* High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted). * Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English. * Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred. * The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults. * Weekend availability is required.
Schedule:
* Saturday & Sunday: 2 pm to 8 pm
