About the Role
Join the operations function at a preventive healthtech company, where you'll help make diagnostic services run smoothly and scale efficiently. This is a hands-on internship with real ownership and the intention to convert to a full-time role.
What You'll Do
* Own customer operations from onboarding and scheduling through results coordination and retention.
* Coordinate daily workflows with laboratory partners, clinicians, customers, and internal teams.
* Package kits and support business-to-business customers.
* Build tools and automations that replace recurring manual work and improve operational processes.
* Help develop scalable processes that support customer growth without proportionally increasing operational workload.
What We're Looking For
* Availability for a 3 to 6 month internship, with interest in transitioning to a full-time role.
* Fluent German for communication with laboratories, clinicians, customers, and colleagues.
* EU or EEA work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available.
* Experience packaging kits and supporting B2B customers.
* Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, or similar platforms.
* Comfort with code, scripts, or workflow tools, and the autonomy to own processes from start to finish.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: €30,000 to €36,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
