We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement, supporting accurate accounting operations and informed business decisions.
What you're responsible for:
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses * Support month-end and year-end close processes * Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling * Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies * Support internal and external audits, including documentation and audit requests * Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy * Mentor junior accounting staff as needed
Qualifications
To join our team:
* You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) * You are a CPA or CPA-eligible preferred * You have 4–7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience * You have Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards * You have Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) * You have Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, Maximo ... ) * You have Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * You have the Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
