Role Overview

As a Facil- Clinical Quality II, you will lead complex projects and interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. You'll guide implementation plans, act as a consultant on critical initiatives, and design educational programs to support our staff, physicians, and leadership in achieving safety and quality goals. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes and organizational success.

What You Will Do

* Lead or co-lead large system teams to implement quality and safety initiatives. * Act as a consultant on regulatory, disease certification, patient safety, and quality issues. * Design and deliver educational programs to support safety and quality goals. * Assist with the design and supervision of graduate students' quality and safety projects. * Guide implementation plans and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing. * Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan. * Minimum of five years of clinical experience. * Computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Care Plus, email, and Internet navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Nursing or a related field. * Two years of project management and/or process improvement experience.
