About the role
We are seeking a Residential Installation Technician in Charlotte, NC to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to earn performance-based income while providing a valuable service and offering additional products to our customers
What You’ll Do:
* Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs * Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience * Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations * Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment * Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians
What We’re Looking For:
