As Quality Assurance Auditor you'll play a vital role in championing a collaborative food safety and quality culture within our QA and operations team.
Your Quest: You will be the point of contact during shift for all Quality issues
Key Responsibilities:
* Working as part of the QA team to ensure effective management of food safety and quality. * Ensure factory compliance to customer policies, external certification, and GMP standards. * Incident management and drive continuous improvement through data-driven investigations. * Handle customer interactions, audits, and complaints effectively and with professionalism. * Drive right-first-time approaches to production and ensure effective performance against KPIs.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
* Food Safety Level 3 * Experience in FMCG or similar environment * HACCP Level 2 qualification and experience in retailer quality systems.
Qualities We're Seeking:
* 2 years’ experience within a QA/production environment. * Continuous improvement and problem solving. * Experience in equipment calibration and maintenance. * Organisational skills. * Numeracy / data accuracy. * Prioritising and decision making.
