Provide meaningful, life-changing 1:1 pediatric nursing care for a medically complex 2-year-old patient who relies on skilled nursing support. Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a pediatric patient in East Rutherford, NJ requiring tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and G-tube feedings.

* 2-year-old medically complex pediatric patient * Trach and ventilator dependent * G-tube feedings and routine G-tube care * Requires ongoing respiratory monitoring and airway management * Private duty 1:1 nursing care in the home setting * Long-term case with consistent scheduling opportunities * Supportive family and dedicated clinical team

⭐ What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability * Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support * Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered * Administer and monitor G-tube feedings * Assess respiratory status and respond appropriately to changes in condition * Administer medications and treatments per physician orders * Maintain accurate clinical documentation * Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care

⭐ Pay Rate
RN: Up to $45/hr

⭐ What You Bring
* Active New Jersey RN License * Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred * Current BLS Certification * Authorized to work in the United States * Valid driver's license preferred * Physical exam within 12 months * PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years) * Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
