* Monitor patients on HRT for efficacy, side effects, and necessary adjustments
* Provide patient education on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health considerations
* Document all clinical encounters in our EMR
* Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure continuity of care
What We're Looking For
* Registered Nurse Practitioner with an active licence in one or more of the following: Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, or Quebec
* Clinical experience in perimenopause and/or menopause care
* Experience prescribing and managing HRT
* Comfortable working in a remote/telehealth environment
* Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills with patients and team members
Nice to Have

* NAMS (North American Menopause Society) certification or equivalent training
* Prior experience working in a telehealth or digital health setting
