Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Philadelphia (West) PA $60K–$83K/year | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Fridays End at Noon We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in West Philadelphia, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care, working as part of a collaborative healthcare team, and helping patients improve their mobility, function, and quality of life. You'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists, physicians, chiropractors, advanced practice providers, and support staff in a welcoming, well-established practice. What You'll Do * Assist the Physical Therapist with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities * Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation programs * Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and their plan of care * Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist * Collaborate with our multidisciplinary healthcare team * Complete timely and accurate EHR documentation
Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program * Active Pennsylvania PTA license * Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
