What You’ll Do
* Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows. * Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines. * Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure feature clarity, test coverage, and quality outcomes. * Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing to validate new and existing features. * Analyze test results, investigate failures, and work with developers to resolve issues. * Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing. * Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices within the team. * Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimizing QA processes.
Qualifications
Who You Are
* 4+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation of web applications. * Knowledge and experience in C# or Java, API Web Services, REST API. * Proficiency with test design practices and techniques. * Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks. * Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.
Additional Information
Bonus Points For
* Familiarity with Acumatica ERP or other enterprise software systems (ERP, CRM, financials). * Experience with continuous integration tools (Bamboo) and version control (Git). * Exposure to SQL and database validation. * Experience applying AI tools to improve test coverage, automate repetitive tasks, or analyze defects more efficiently. * Demonstrated initiative in driving ideas from concept to completion to strengthen our testing practices, automation frameworks, and product quality.
