What You'll Do * Guide clients through family law matters with clarity, compassion, and strategic thinking * Investigate the facts of each case — financial records, expert evaluations, prior filings — and build strong, well-researched positions * Apply relevant case law and court precedent to strengthen client outcomes * Pursue efficient, cost-effective resolutions for clients, reserving litigation for when it's truly the best path * Draft pleadings, exhibits, financial disclosures, support calculations, and prenuptial agreements * Represent clients in court with confidence and skill * Mentor junior attorneys and delegate effectively to your support team
What You Bring Required: * Family law experience — this is non-negotiable for this role * Based in and working from Appleton, serving clients across Sheboygan, Calumet, Fond du Lac, and Manitowoc counties * Juris Doctorate * Active Wisconsin Bar license, in good standing
Preferred: * 5+ years of family law litigation experience * Familiarity with courts and procedure in the Sheboygan region * Experience mentoring junior attorneys or leading a team
