Group/Division
The Legal Compliance Organization (LCO) provides legal guidance to further KLA’s strategic objectives and protect and preserve the company's legal, ethical and financial integrity and reputation. Drawing on expertise in corporate law, commercial law, employment law, ethics and compliance, and intellectual property, the LCO offers strategic legal counsel that is informed by a clear understanding of the company’s business objectives and knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the business worldwide.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager and Data Analyst to join our Global Trade Compliance team. This role will primarily focus on managing department and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, including developing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery. The position will also use project performance data to support decision-making, monitor schedule health, and identify opportunities to improve project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, clear communication, and the ability to use data to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for cross-functional initiatives.
* Stakeholder Communication & Governance: Serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, escalating risks, and providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
* Risk & Issue Management: Track project risks, issues, resource needs, and key constraints to support timely decision-making and effective project delivery.
* Project Reporting & Dashboard Development: Create, maintain, and update project dashboards and reporting tools that visualize project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
* Process & Workflow Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, reduce manual status reporting, and standardize PMO practices.
* Data Integrity & Project Insights: Ensure accurate collection, validation, and reporting of project data to support reliable status updates, trend analysis, and management reporting.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: 2–5 years of experience managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and using data or reporting tools to track project performance.
* Project Management Skills: Strong ability to organize complex work, define scope, manage timelines, track dependencies, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.
* Project Management & Technical Proficiency:
* Project Management Software: Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or similar tools used to manage schedules, tasks, dependencies, and project reporting.
* * Data Tools: Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying/validating datasets. * Visualization: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. * Excel: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas). * Workflow Automation: Experience with workflow automation tools.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate project status, risks, and metrics into clear executive summaries.
* Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Total Rewards
Base Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $146,667.00 Annually
Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
