We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate between clients and engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a patient approach, and the ability to understand client requirements clearly. Knowledge of AI tools and modern project management platforms is essential. * Coordinate effectively between clients and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. * Understand client requirements in detail and convert them into actionable tasks. * Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress. * Use AI tools and project management platforms to manage tasks and workflows. * Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and implement immediate solutions. * Manage client expectations with patience, clarity, and professionalism. * Prepare schedules, reports, documentation, and project updates for both teams and clients. * Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. * Support process improvements and team coordination for efficient project delivery
Requirements
* Strong communication and coordination skills * Knowledge of AI tools and PM platforms (Notion, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) * Proactive problem-solving ability * Patience and client-handling experience * Time management and multi-tasking * Technical understanding to work with engineering teams
Must be currently staying in New Delhi or willing to relocate immediately (non-negotiable)
