Technical Support Specialist – Autonomous Vehicles
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite Only) Pay: $20–$24 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM Benefits Available
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to help keep self-driving vehicles operating safely and smoothly.
Job Duties
* Troubleshoot vehicle and computer system issues
* Use Unix/Linux commands to check system problems
* Report and track issues using Slack and Jira
* Check vehicle charging, startup, and shutdown
* Inspect cables and basic vehicle equipment
* Move vehicles around the garage
* Communicate problems to engineering teams
Requirements
* 1+ year of technical support experience
* Hands-on Unix/Linux command line experience
* Experience with Slack and ticketing systems
* Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
* Valid driver's license held for 3+ years
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Must work onsite in Austin, TX
* Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Great backgrounds: IT Support Technician, Linux Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or Fleet Support Technician.
