About the Position
DNC Facility Services is hiring dependable and motivated team members to join our commercial cleaning crews as we continue to grow across East Texas.
This position is ideal for someone looking for steady work, paid training, a flexible schedule, and opportunities to grow with the company.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are willing to learn.
Schedule – Flexible
* Flexible schedule based on company needs and assigned locations. * Hours and shifts may vary as new accounts are added. * Must be willing to adjust schedules and travel between locations as needed. * Opportunities for additional hours as the company continues to grow. * Full-time position with schedules based on assigned routes and accounts.
Important: As DNC Facility Services continues to grow, additional locations and hours may be added. Team members must be dependable, flexible, and willing to adapt as schedules and crews expand.
What You'll Be Doing
* Cleaning commercial buildings, including offices, schools, and other facilities. * Working as part of a small cleaning team (1–2 people). * Following detailed cleaning procedures and checklists. * Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and cleaning restrooms. * Clocking in and out and reviewing assignments through a mobile app. * Communicating clearly with teammates and supervisors. * Following company safety procedures and cleaning standards. * Maintaining a professional attitude and positive work environment.
What We're Looking For
* Reliable, punctual, and dependable. * Willing to learn and grow with the company. * Flexible availability and willingness to work at different locations. * Reliable transportation. * Valid driver's license required. * Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided. * Ability to pass a statewide criminal background check and required pre-employment screening.
