Preferred Qualifications
* BSN preferred. * One to two (1-2) years as a Lactation Consultant/Specialist preferred.

Qualifications
What You Will Do
* Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. * Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. * Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families. * Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. * Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. * Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. * Health care provider certification (BCLS).
