To further support our team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Purchasing Assistant as soon as possible.
As a Operational Purchasing Assistant, you will support the Strategic Purchasing in operational tasks, organization of shipments, and maintain our internal product and supplier data.
What You Will Do
* Processing of orders and organization of shipments
* Supporting Strategic Purchasing in all operational matters
* Contacting suppliers and logistics companies regarding deliveries
* Monitoring product availability

* The minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position is € 2,362, in line with the collective agreement. We are happy to offer more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Requirements
What You Bring
* You have a completed commercial education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or similar
* You speak fluent English (min. C1)
* You bring first working experiences in purchasing or logistics (beneficial)
* You have good communication skills (verbal and written)
* You bring problem-solving ability & structured working
* You know how to use MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
