Job Description
* Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions across transformation programs. * Drive solution architecture and process optimization in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), and Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC). * Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions. * Ensure seamless integration between Controlling, Finance, and Logistics processes. * Support end-to-end project delivery, including design, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare. * Contribute to governance, best practices, and innovation in SAP Controlling and performance management. * Experience with processes/projects for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry (DMI) is preferable
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification. * Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Controlling consulting and implementation projects. * Deep expertise in CO-OM, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), and CO-PC. * Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Controlling and Finance transformation programs. * Strong understanding of cost accounting, profitability management, and management reporting processes. * Experience integrating SAP Controlling with Finance (FI) and Logistics processes (MM, PP, SD). * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, and Material Ledger. * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with SAP Project System (PS) is considered a strong advantage. * Business fluent German and fluent English. * Flexibility and willingness to travel.
