Job Description
We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying modern GenAI solutions.
Location: Schaumburg, IL Employment Type: W2 Contract Work Authorization: USC/GC Only

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning principles.
* Strong programming expertise in Python.
* Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
* Proven experience building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), including both open-source and commercial models.
* Experience developing Agentic AI systems and workflow orchestration using frameworks such as: * LangGraph * CrewAI * OpenAI Agents * Similar agent-based AI frameworks
* Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent, agent-based AI tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex AI/GenAI challenges.
* Self-motivated, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
* Passion for developing practical solutions using AI and Generative AI technologies.
