Remote Account Executive
About the Role: We’re looking for Remote Account Executives to help individuals and small businesses discover financial solutions that fit their goals. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—building meaningful client relationships, understanding unique needs, and guiding them toward the right financial path. Key Responsibilities * Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups * Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations * Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup * Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems * Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
Qualifications * High school diploma or college degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Prior experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus
