Responsibilities
QuickBooks Support
* Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in QuickBooks with high accuracy. * Handle data entry tasks and collaborate with the finance team for consistent reporting.
Financial Documentation
* Organize and file financial documents, receipts, and invoices. * Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
Data Analysis
* Extract and analyze financial data to spot trends and discrepancies. * Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Communication and Collaboration
* Work with team members and departments to gather financial information. * Participate in meetings and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
* Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Mandatory familiarity with QuickBooks; experience in tech startup finance is a plus. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication for remote team collaboration. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
