Who You Are: Step into the warmth and excitement of the holiday season as a Seasonal Beauty Host with L'Occitane at our Citadel Outlet boutique. You will welcome each guest through our iconic yellow doors and help transform holiday shopping into a memorable, sensorial experience. With genuine hospitality, thoughtful product recommendations, and a passion for gifting, you will assist guests in discovering meaningful ways to celebrate the ones they care about.
The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do: * Be the Host: Greet every guest with warmth and festive energy, creating an inviting atmosphere and a personalized sensorial experience. * Make Gifting Feel Effortless: Anticipate each guest's needs, listen with care, and recommend thoughtful skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts for everyone on their list. * Thrive in the Holiday Moment: Remain flexible, positive, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple guests and priorities. * Let Success Drive You: Support sales goals and daily store operations by taking initiative, replenishing product, maintaining visual standards, and putting the guest first. * Foster a Team Culture: Collaborate with colleagues, step in where needed, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team throughout the holiday season. * Communicate with Care: Adapt your communication style to different guests and team members, welcome feedback, and help create smooth handoffs during peak traffic.

The pay range for this role is $20.23 - $23.26 an hour (based on skills and experience).
