* Monitor global and China-specific technology trends relevant to SAM businesses * Track emerging developments:
* Brake-by-Wire * Vehicle Motion Control * Software Defined Vehicle * AI in Automotive * Robotics * E/E Architecture * Sensors and Actuators * Develop project governance and decision-making frameworks
* Develop technology roadmaps and maturity assessments
Innovation Intelligence
* Identify new business models, innovation concepts, and disruptive technologies * Benchmark innovation activities across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, startups and technology companies * Evaluate emerging opportunities and threats for SAM China
Ecosystem & Startup Scouting
* Build and maintain external innovation networks * Monitor:
* Universities * Research Institutes * Startups * Venture Capital activity * Technology alliances * Identify potential collaboration opportunities
Executive Insights
* Deliver regular intelligence reports for SAM China management * Develop quarterly Future Mobility Radar * Provide executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor's degree or above * Engineering, Automotive, Technology, Innovation Management or related field
Experience
* 5-10 years experience in:
* Product Management * Technology Strategy * Innovation Management * Market Intelligence * Consulting * Automotive Engineering
