About the Role
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining high standards by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms and apartments, including making beds, vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms. * Completing cleaning tasks efficiently within the hours allocated. * Collaborating with team members to achieve daily cleaning targets and operational goals. * Adhering to safety procedures and company standards. * Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively, with all training and tools provided. * Building positive working relationships with team members, guests and contractors. * Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring guest areas are presented to the highest standard.
Shift Details
* Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday * Shifts commencing between 8:00am and 9:00am * Weekend and public holiday availability will be highly regarded
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
* Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience highly regarded, but not essential. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. * Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods. * Strong time management and organisational skills. * A positive attitude and reliable work ethic. * Professional communication skills and a team-focused approach. * Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical handling is advantageous, with training provided. * Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
