The Role Involves - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
What You'll Need - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Customer service background helpful but not required - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
