Your Main Responsabilities 📋
* Analyze training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. * Design educational materials (courses, modules, guides, manuals) using instructional methodologies. * Develop interactive and multimedia content (videos, simulations, assessments) in collaboration with subject matter experts. * Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate).
Requisitos
What We’re Looking For 🔍
* Education in pedagogy or a related field in instructional design. * At least 4 years of proven experience in instructional design (portfolio required). * Language proficiency: C1 English and B2 French. * Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
