Remote Call Center Inside Sales Representative ($14–$16/hr + Uncapped Bonuses)

* Compensation: $14–$16/hour base pay plus uncapped monthly bonuses! * Location: Remote (Work from home in the United States) * Schedule: Full-time positions with day & afternoon shifts available
What You’ll Do
* Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!) * Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs * Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services * Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently * Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of sales experience * Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening * High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) * Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills * Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy * Competitive, success-driven mindset * Authorized to work in the United States
Work From Home Requirements
* Reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload) with hard-wired ethernet connection * A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
