The Role
We are hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to support a variety of client programs across industries such as technology, energy, healthcare, and business services.

What You’ll Do
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers * Qualify leads and identify customer needs * Schedule appointments or close sales based on campaign structure * Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition * Handle objections and navigate conversations with decision-makers * Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems * Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
What We’re Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Competitive, goal-oriented mindset * High level of coachability and willingness to learn * Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits * Full-time W-2 position * Base salary + uncapped commission * On-target earnings typically range from $50,000–$85,000+ * Paid training and ongoing sales development * 10 Paid Holidays * 2 Weeks of PTO * Health, Dental, and Vision Plans * 401K
