This role will serve both our Maryland and Pennsylvania locations, so flexibility and travel between offices are a must. This is a role for a leader. Someone who thrives at the chair, mentors others with ease, and keeps the clinical flow running smoothly. The right candidate will hold an MD or PA License, Xray Certification, and a current EFDA license or Certified Orthodontic Assistant. We need a pro who is ready to elevate our practice and their career.

-The Basic Responsibilities-
* Be the best part of the patients' day * Preparing for patients * Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments * Taking diagnostic records and itero scanning * Assisting the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures * Independently carrying out prescribed treatment * Building relationships with patients while providing education regarding their treatment. * Facilitating communication between the Orthodontist and patient
-What Can You Bring To Our Team-
* Excellent customer service skills * Creativity and problem-solving ability * Established chair side manners. * Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced environments. * Prior orthodontic experience is required. * Maryland or Pennsylvania Radiology certified.
