Your Responsibilities
* Conduct Italian chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads
* Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer
* Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships
Your Profile
* Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least 2 years
* Fluent Italian for client communication and English for internal coordination
* Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time
* Forex trading knowledge is mandatory
* A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently
