About the role
This is a remote position.
Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We are looking for a talented and motivated Jr Developer/Programmer with a strong IT background to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience with GitHub, Java + Spring Framework, and SQL, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Python is a plus but not mandatory.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their programming skills and contribute to impactful projects while working remotely.
Requirements
* Proven experience with GitHub for version control. * Proficiency in Java + Spring Framework (Required). * Moderate knowledge of SQL for database interactions. * IT background or related degree/certifications. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills in English (C1 level required). * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have:
* Familiarity with Python for scripting purposes. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of other programming languages or tools is a plus.
