Rate: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 230-unit luxury apartment community conveniently located near major highways and Houston's Galleria! Requirements
* Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions * Ability to work independently and as a team member * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. * Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
Responsibilities
* Walking the property grounds and common areas * Picking up trash and debris * Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies * Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager

Work Days: Monday – Friday Work Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
