Call Center Scheduler – Heavy Phones
Responsibilities: * Handle heavy inbound call volume * Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments * Assist with patient concerns related to referrals, medications, and results, delegating appropriately * Document all calls accurately * Support clinic operations by ensuring patients are routed correctly
Requirements: * Strong communication and multitasking * Experience in a medical call center preferred * Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment * Medical office experience preferred
