Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (M&A Focus)

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion * Conduct and manage due diligence exercises * Draft, review and negotiate transaction-related documentation * Prepare and coordinate completion documentation * Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to clients * Support senior legal professionals on a variety of corporate matters
Requirements
* Fully qualified lawyer * Master's degree (LL.M. or equivalent) considered an asset * Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience considered advantageous * Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese * Ability to work effectively within a team environment * Capable of managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
