AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week night-shift contract at St Albans Health and Rehab in St. Albans, VT.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

* Location: St Albans Health and Rehab, St. Albans, VT * Dates: 11/02/2026 - 02/01/2027 (13 weeks) * Shift: Nights, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal) * Travel LPN contract * Pay: Contact us for details

REQUIREMENTS

* Active Vermont or multistate (NLC) LPN license * Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred * Current BLS; background check and facility health requirements
