What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the daily running of the site * Helping manage service standards, stock and team performance * Supporting financial controls and budget targets * Looking for opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction * Building strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues * Supporting training, communication and team development * Helping bring BM concepts and innovation to life on site
Qualifications

* Experience in hospitality or contract catering management * A confident and supportive leadership style * Commercial awareness and good organisational skills * A strong customer focus * Passion for food, people and service * A positive, hands-on approach
