About the Role
Own and grow a portfolio of existing B2B customers at an AI communications software company. Working across Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, you will help customers adopt AI phone assistants, achieve measurable results, and expand their use of the product.
What You'll Do
* Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts throughout the customer lifecycle.
* Identify opportunities to expand customer use cases and demonstrate the product's value through usage analysis.
* Lead regular account reviews, discovery conversations, upsell discussions, and renewals.
* Own portfolio expansion revenue, including upgrades and add-ons, against monthly and quarterly targets.
* Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to strengthen retention and customer outcomes.
* Share structured customer and market feedback with Product and go-to-market teams.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and coordinate account plans across internal teams.
* Help develop the account management and expansion approach as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
* At least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
* Experience driving upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue within existing accounts.
* Strong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning.
* Native-level German proficiency for customer calls, reviews, and demos.
* A structured, customer-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership.
* Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
OTE is €65,000 to €95,000, comprising fixed salary plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
