Essential Functions Statements
* Ability to setup and operate CNC laser machine * Knowledge and hands-on operation of CNC laser for metal fabrication including program retrieval, proper gases, proper nozzles, lenses, etc. * Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication process and concepts. * Provide routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs to CNC laser machine. * Setup metal fabrication machinery and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts. * Check accuracy of work using blueprints and precision measuring tools. * Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts. * Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management * Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
* High School Degree or equivalent and/or related experience required.
Experience:
* Ability to use Direct read measuring devices required. * Ability to properly document paperwork. * Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, fabrication management and/or operations of low and mid-sized volume metal fabrication preferred. * Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification. * Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.
