About the role
* Grow strategic accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities.
* Build executive trust and co-create value with customers to drive adoption of advanced security solutions.
* Conduct strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) tied to business outcomes.
* Identify and execute expansion opportunities while negotiating and closing deals to increase share of wallet.
* Develop and execute structured account plans, maintaining deep account knowledge and accurate forecasts.
* 7+ years of experience in account management within cybersecurity or IT.
* Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, renewal strategies, and customer success principles.
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
* Knowledge of Check Point portfolio and competitive landscape.
* Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to grow existing accounts and minimize churn.
* Fluent in German and English
