What You'll Do - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
What You Bring - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - Work authorization in the United States
