Job Description
Salary: £40K + overtime.
Contract – 42.5 hours
Hours: Monday to Friday only
Key Responsibilities:
* To confidently lead and manage the team with a hands-on approach in the absence of the Bar and Restaurant Manager * To consistently monitor the practice of all SOPs and requirements across the Bar and Restaurant, including opening and closing schedules * Daily reporting and monitoring of revenue forecast versus actual sales * To liaise with Cellar Manager to ensure drinks stocks are always maintained and rotated * To assist with the coordination of internal and external stock audits * Ensuring all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to * Assisting with the induction of new team members * To attend new menu tastings offering constructive input
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year in a Management role, working in a members' facility (desirable) * Personal Licence (desirable) * Level 2 Food Safety Certificate * Experience using at least one EPOS system for ordering and reconciliation * Strong leadership skills * Excellent communication skills * Takes initiative and demonstrates high level of organisation * Supportive team player
