Qualifications

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has the management experience and confidence to make a real difference.

You'll need previous hospitality management experience, ideally in a busy pub, bar or restaurant, with the ability to lead a team, manage day-to-day operations and deliver great commercial results.

You'll also bring:

* Strong leadership and people-management skills.

* A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.

* Good commercial awareness and an understanding of sales, costs and profitability.

* Excellent organisation and the ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.

* A hands-on approach, a positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.

* A desire to develop your team and grow your own career.

📋 Personal Licence

As this role may involve covering the business in the General Manager's absence, you'll need to be eligible to hold a Personal Licence. You don't need to have one when you apply. If you're successful, Greene King will support you through the process of obtaining your licence.
